Test procedures:
All gully tops and manhole tops will be submitted to the following test:
1, Measure the permanent set of the cover or grates after the application of 2/3 of the stipulated test load (according the Class of the cover and Clearance opening).
Speed 1kn/s ~ 5Kn/s load the force on cover to 2/3 of test load, then release the load, repeat 5 times, check the final reading of residual deformation.
2, Apply the test load on the sample. Keep at least 30 seconds, Observe if there any crack, damage.
