Cap two axial tension and torsion pull out tester ASTM D2063

UT1056 series Stopper cap dual axial tensile/torsion pull out testing machine, using column-type frame structure, tensile pressure, torque at the same time in the frame for experiments, two channels are used separately, tensile force using servo electric lead screw loading, torsion through servo motor reducer and dynamic torque sensor loading, tensile torsion testing machine is mainly used for non-metallic materials, small force structural parts, rubber stoppers, medical syringes, etc.

 

 The whole adopts a column-type frame structure, which is composed of a column, a slide platform, a moving beam in the middle, a tensile pressure load, a torsion load, and a sub-top beam connected to the upper part;

 The tension-torsion test can be tested separately or at the same time, and the two are powerless to couple during the experiment.

 The space adjustment is adjusted by the lead screw at the stretching end, and the electric control is convenient for operation

 Beam movement and emergency stop operation buttons are placed next to the main engine, which is convenient for the tester to operate;

 The equipment adopts unitized, standardized and modular design, which has the characteristics of low damping, high response, high life and backlash-free design;

 Suitable for static tension and compression/tension torsion/compression torsion/torsion test test, etc.
