Slow strain rate stress corrosion testing machine
Slow strain rate (SSRT) stress corrosion (SCC) testing machine is used to conduct corrosion tensile tests on materials in corrosive environments, mainly to study the stress corrosion sensitivity of metal materials in corrosive solutions.
The frame structure is in the form of a frame, and the loading unit is flexibly installed at the upper or lower end according to the test requirements to adapt to the test requirements of different media environments. The environmental medium is a solution medium under low temperature and normal pressure. The experimental kettle is generally made of high borosilicate glass, which not only reduces the equipment cost, but also ensures the corrosion resistance to general media.
Test function:
Ordinary tensile test
Constant load creep/stress corrosion test
Slow strain rate tensile test
Low-cycle fatigue/corrosion fatigue test
Specimen crack germination and crack propagation rate measurement test
Constant K control, rising K control, lower K control test
Features:
1) High rigidity heavy duty frame;
2) The equipment structure is simple, convenient for experimental expansion, tension and bending shear, can be used
3) The use of sensor force measurement, large speed ratio deceleration system as an afterburner mechanism, electric adjustment space, ease of operation due to the lever type host
4) High-performance all-digital servo loading control system, high speed control accuracy;
5) Double deformation sensor can be used, and the specimen deformation measurement accuracy is high;
6) Pressure balancing device;
7) Integrated STC800 measurement and control system, easy to expand and use;
