Concrete Electric Pole (power pole) Bending Testing Machine adopts the principle of electronic universal testing machine, driven by servo motor, and the measurement and control accuracy is twice as high as that of ordinary horizontal tensile test, which can meet GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards and industry standards; It can be used to test the flexural strength of cement poles, wooden poles, towers, street lamp poles, monitor brackets and other rod specimens. The machine has the characteristics of high test accuracy, stable control, fast corresponding speed, etc., the machine adopts servo motor loading, decelerates through the deceleration system, drives the screw to rotate, and converts the rotation into a translational mechanical structure, the system adopts double lead screw, transmission, double lead screw configuration double nut can effectively ensure tensile load and transmission efficiency, and the system adopts three-phase 220 power supply (built-in transformer). The system is an oil-free system with reduced energy consumption, low noise, and no noise and environmental pollution to the surrounding environment.
The traction end is connected by wire rope or customized fixture, and the position of the hanging point is set according to the requirements during the test
The testing machine is mainly suitable for stress-strain and breakage tests of high-dry products under rated test force or constant load tensile force.
The frame structure is used for horizontal hosting, and the double-acting ball screw is guided on both sides. Double linear guideway to ensure the stability of operation.
