Flat tensile test sample/specimen preparation machine is mainly used to make the standard samples of thin plates and other materials, composed of the main engine, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic source and corresponding tooling mold, the main engine force frame is processed by integral steel plate, good rigidity, simple structure and convenient operation. The hydraulic source adopts a three-phase motor to drive the high-pressure oil pump, the safety valve limits the maximum pressure, and the oil circuit is reversed by the manual reversing valve, that is, the downward pressure shear movement of the piston rod and the upward reset movement and other actions, when the manual reversing valve is not operated in the normal state, the valve core is in the middle position, and the piston stops moving. The pressure of the hydraulic oil is indicated by a shock-resistant pressure gauge. If the mold or other attachments are replaced, it can also be used as a general press to expand more functions.
Key feature:
1. Can meet the sample preparation requirements specified in GB/T228-2021 "Room Temperature Tensile Test Method for Metal Materials", the equipment can automatically stop the sample pressing and forming according to the mold, the sample falls on the lower platform, the surface of the sample is flat without scratches, and there is no burr around the periphery;
2. The sample mold has good enough toughness, can withstand the pressure of 1000kN without damage during the pressing process, the mold is made of high-quality alloy material, which is not easy to wear and has a high service life;
3. The sample mold can be easily replaced, and each update time is less than 10 minutes;
