Special fixtures can also be made to adapt to the fatigue test of special specimens.
This model is double acting type, The loading mechanism is divided into two sets, the loading system is mainly used to simulate the low frequency large vibration of the body, the adjustment space is relatively large; The lower vibration is a small high-frequency vibration of the simulated wheel, and the adjustment eccentricity is relatively small.
2.1, Main frame: The main frame is mainly composed of rack, mechanical loading mechanism, temperature control system, cooling system, tooling fixture, machine protection five parts.
2.2, The frame is welded from Q235 steel plate and type steel, which is strong and reliable, and the thickness of the main support structure steel plate large than 10mm. Mainly used in fixed loading mechanism and transmission mechanism. The upper and lower parts of the rack are used for the vertical loading of the shock absorber (loading at the upper and lower ends), and the side force loading. The loading system can be electrically adjusted to adjust the test space.
2.3, The mechanical loading structure is divided into a vertical loading mechanism loading structure. The vertical loading mechanism is mainly composed of the motor, crank linkage mechanism, the rotating motion of the motor into a straight line in the direction of lead drop, and by adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the distance of the linear reciprocating motion can be adjusted to meet the test stroke required by the test piece.
The main loading mechanism consists of a three-phase asynchronous inverter motor and flywheel, which can adjust the test frequency arbitrarily in the range of 3 to 13HZ by adjusting the motor speed. The drivetrain is also divided into two sets, which provide power to the loading system up and down.
2.4, Design a special fixture according to the measured shock absorber test. Easy to operate, combined with tight, reduce noise.
2.5, With cooling system uses water cooling, the cooling effect is better, the cooling speed is relatively fast, so as to meet the requirements of use.
