2.1, Frame: The main frame is mainly composed of frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism and other parts. The frame is composed of columns, workbenches, excitation tables, upper beams, screw lifting mechanisms, bases and other parts, and the columns, workbenches, excitation tables, upper beams, and screw lifting mechanisms are installed together, and are stably installed on the base; The shock absorber under test is installed between the excitation table and the table through the fixture, and the amplitude is adjusted to meet the requirements of different size and specification specimens, and the requirements of different installation methods are met by replacing the fixture.
2.2. Loading mechanism:The dynamic loading part should be composed of an eccentric wheel and a connecting rod mechanism, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into a vertical linear reciprocating movement, and by adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the distance of the linear reciprocating motion can be adjusted to meet the test stroke required by the test piece.
The space adjustment part is mainly composed of motor, lead screw and guide part, and the static part is tested.
2.3. Transmission system:
Dynamic part: The transmission mechanism is composed of CNC motor pulley, and by adjusting the motor speed, the fatigue test speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within the allowable range.
2.4. Test fixture: The test tooling is specially designed and produced according to the structure of the sample, that is, the shock absorber. Generally, the connection is fixed by a pin or by screws.
