Geocells (geogrid) X-type splitting tensile testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending strength and other mechanical properties testing and analysis of geosynthetics and various metals and non-metallic materials. It can automatically obtain ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rt0.6, Rt0.65, Rt0.7, Rm, E and other test parameters, and can be tested and provided data according to international standards such as GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS and so on.

Performance characteristics of geocell X-type tensile testing machine: This product uses high-strength light rods to fix the upper beam and work table, so that it constitutes a high rigidity portal frame structure. It adopts servo motor drive, and the servo motor drives the moving beam up and down through the transmission mechanism to realize the test loading process.
Splitting test procedure:
All test methods are performed at a constant strain rate of 20 mm/min.
At the beginning of the test, adjust the distance between the jaws to ±3mm of the required specimen length.
The specimen is mounted in the center of the jaws. Note that the length of the specimen should be parallel to the direction of the force.
Start the pull machine and continue until the sample is destroyed. Stop the device, record and report the maximum load with an accuracy of 2% of the full-scale reading. Reports the corresponding displacement in millimeters, with one decimal place reserved.
