Surgical Suture needle toughness tester is a new product developed by our company. It is used to describe the surface structure of processed parts. It is suitable for testing in workshop verification station, laboratory, metrology room and other environments. It is also suitable for on-site measurement. It can evaluate five measurement types: Roughness profile, Waviness profile, Primary profile, Abbott curve and Motif. The measurement parameters include China, Japan, the United States, Germany and a variety of ISO standards. It has user-friendly software interface and operation habits. Wireless WiFi communication allows the operator to remotely control and use it more conveniently. We have designed the software to record the configuration under different operation scenarios. There is no need to make cumbersome settings when measuring different workpieces. We only need to select the configuration and press one key to measure. Test Result: the surface toughness Ra value is less than 0.8um.

The sensor can be switched vertically or in the same direction with the guide rail at will, so the measurement of deep grooves can be made from the side without being limited by the depth of the stylus and groove

The data storage is convenient. The storage path can be directly changed to the USB flash disk or SD card inserted on the Pad. The CSV data format makes the data more convenient to use without the upper limit of data storage
The analysis algorithm including multiple filter methods can be matched at will to meet the requirements
It supports automatic multiple calibration of standard blocks, so that the calibration error is greatly reduced
